   #Canes did right by Conn Smythe winner and captain Jordan Staal. 1-year extension for 2027-28 can climb to $10m with $5.1m in performance bonuses. Bonuses: He will earn an $650k per each 10 games played milestone, with an additional $550k for 75 GP. Playoff games count as well.
