These terms apply to your use of NHLTracker, an independently operated website at nhltracker.com. By using NHLTracker you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Independence
NHLTracker is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Hockey League, its teams, X, the insiders whose reports it links, Ko-fi, or any other linked service.
What the statuses mean
- Reported means an approved insider has reported a completed event of a kind NHLTracker supports.
- Officially Confirmed means an administrator has recorded an authoritative official source for it.
- Rumor · Developing means an unconfirmed insider report. It is not a completed or official event.
Information only
NHLTracker’s content can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, unavailable, or wrong. It is general information and should not be relied on for betting, financial, employment, contractual, or other consequential decisions. Check the original report and official announcements.
Sources and names
Linked reports belong to their authors. NHLTracker credits them and links to the original posts; it does not claim ownership of them. League, team, player, source, and service names and marks belong to their owners, and their use here identifies the subject without suggesting any endorsement.
Using NHLTracker
You are welcome to read NHLTracker for your own use and to link to its pages. Search engines may index it as its robots file describes. Do not:
- impersonate NHLTracker or anyone else, or present NHLTracker’s content in a misleading way, such as showing a rumor as confirmed;
- interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to get around its access controls, including the administrator area;
- send automated traffic that is abusive or places an unreasonable load on the site.
Links and support
Links to X and other sites, and the optional Ko-fi payment panel, are governed by their providers’ own terms. Support through Ko-fi is voluntary. It buys no access, content, feature, or editorial influence, and it is not a subscription.
Availability and changes
NHLTracker may change, pause, or stop at any time, and any content may be corrected or removed. These terms may also change; the Last updated date above shows the current version, and using NHLTracker after a change means the updated terms apply.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NHLTracker is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NHLTracker’s operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, NHLTracker or any linked content. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Severability
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
